Max Schautzer – Married to Gundel Lauffer (53 Years)
Max Schautzer is an Austrian-born German presenter best known for his work on radio and television. He is a Bambi Award winner who has hosted Ein Platz an der Sonne and even the 1979 Eurovision Song Contest, besides the popular television series Pleiten, Pech & Pannen.
For 53 years, Max had a constant source of love and support in his beautiful wife, Gundel Lauffer, who was a famed interior designer. After a wonderful life together, Gundel passed away after Christmas in 2021, after suffering from a “short, serious illness.”
