No one is surprised that Daniel Radcliffe has a net-worth that is the envy of many, he’s been working since he was a little boy! Not so long ago, we first saw him in the first Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, and now he has his own home! We have to remind ourselves that Harry Potter happened 18 years ago and that Radcliffe is now a strapping 29 years old lad. It looks like the actors is keen on investing in real estate properties, because he bought his third home in New York for $4.9 million. This building was apparently built in 1847 by a sea captain for his daughter. It’s 3,000 sq ft big, has five bedrooms, and boasts of being located in one of New York’s most picturesque tree-lined landmark cobblestone blocks.
