The 4 bedroom home, with 3 different sitting rooms, sits on a 0.5 acre parcel of land, but was becoming too much to manage for the aging Trevor. The extensive grounds of the property also houses a coach house. The home is expected to sell for at least $5.2 Million, as per expert estimates.
