Desi Arnaz Jr., 66 Years Old
Desi Arnaz Jr. was already well-known even before he was born – literally. His parents, Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball, starred as leads in the famous TV show I Love Lucy, and Lucille’s pregnancy with Arnaz Jr. was written into the script of the show. To fans of the show, Arnaz Jr. will always be ‘Lucy’s $50,000,000 baby’, a title given by TV Guide when Ball and his son was featured on the cover of its very first issue, referring to the revenue Arnaz and Ball were going to get from tie-ins with different companies. When Arnaz Jr. grew up, he also joined Hollywood, appearing in the television shows Here’s Lucy, The Mothers-in-Law, and The Brady Bunch. He also formed a band called Dino, Desi, & Billy. Now, in his 60s, Arnaz Jr. lives in Boulder City, Nevada where he assists in directing the non-profit Boulder City Ballet Company, and manages the Historic Boulder Theatre that he owns.
