Even though Letterman has retired from TV, his net worth is still at $400 million, so it’s fitting that he owns a vast real estate property in North Salem, New Jersey. He bought his house at $5 million in 1994, and continued to buy the surrounding lands through the years, so we can safely assume his property is now worth more than its original price.
