It’s a Wonderful Life is a staple film during the Holidays, originally shown in theater in 1946, most of its stars have already passed away. Well, except for one – Karolyn Grimes who played the role of Zuzu Bailey. Zuzu is the daughter of George Bailey, the one who got sick and was sad because her flower has lost its petals. Zuzu and her flower petals was a big part of the plot of the movie, and the actress who played her, Karolyn Grimes is now 78 (she was 6 when she filmed It’s a Wonderful Life) and a retired medical technologist.
