Phil McGraw is a man better known as “Dr. Phil” and has been seen on TV ever since his early days on The Oprah Winfrey Show, later branching out and starring in his much-watched show Dr. Phil. Would you believe that he’s so wealthy, he owns not one but 3 mansions in Beverly Hills alone (one worth $12 million and another worth $16.5 million). That was before he decided to sell one smaller house, in which his son lived, for $6.25 million.
The 2006-built, 6,980 square foot, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home was purchased by the McGraws in 2007, and it comes with a chef’s kitchen, sweeping stairwell, outdoor entertainment area, and a pool with resort-like spa.
