Kirk Douglas, is a great actor, movie producer, and director. Over the six glorious decades of his career in the entertainment movie industry, his name is credited in over 90 movies. But one 0f the greatest honors under his belt is that he served his country fighting in World War II as a submarine communications officer, until he was medically discharged before the war ended in 1944. Douglas is in retirement for couple of years now and just turned 102, his family is continuing his legacy from his son Michael to his grandson Cameron who are also working in the same industry.
