Desperado star Antonio Banderas may have divorced actress Melanie Griffith, his wife of 19 years, in 2015, but as their divorce was amicable, there was no tussle over the issue of ownership of the properties the former couple bought together. Hence, when it was time to sell their NYC apartment, he just quietly bought Griffith’s share and then listed the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom place for $7.95 million. Situated on the 4th floor of Central Park West’s iconic Prasada building, the flat offers beautiful views of the treetops of the park and an 11-foot tall ceiling, but the owners do have to pay the co-operative fees of about $8,448 every month. Now, that’s pretty steep!
