After the tragic death of Gianni, her brother and the man behind the Italian luxury brand, Versace, Donatella decided that she needed to lead the company. The former model and fashion designer became Versace’s creative director and continued to cast the best supermodels in her shows. Donatella, like many of her peers, wanted to prolong her youthful looks for longer, and decided to undergo cosmetic procedures for the same, but some doctor botched up pretty bad. She just looks so different from her early days at Versace.
