What a blast from the past the name Kristy McNichol is for fans of her movies such as Little Darlings and Only When I Laugh. She was also seen on the TV shows Family and Empty Nest. While things seemed to be going okay for her till the 80s, she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in the early 90s, and decided to quit acting by 2001. She began living a non-glamorous life and was teaching acting in a private school in LA, and gave her free time to charity. She recently resurfaced after a long time, and we were glad to see her!
