Ali MacGraw became an overnight sensation when she starred in the cult classic Love Story. She would later star in The Getaway opposite Steve McQueen, which would become the start of a very famous love affair. The pair were married for 4 years before sadly calling in their respective divorce attorneys. Despite remarrying soon after, it was clear to everyone that Ali was the love of Steve’s life until his death in 1980, just 2 years after their divorce. Ali, meanwhile, never remarried. Instead, she retreated out of the public eye and adopted a bohemian lifestyle centered on yoga. In 1994, her home in Malibu burned down and she relocated in Santa Fe in a very boho-chic home where she has lived since.
