Bob Newhart is a real legend in the comedy arena. He has countless movies to his credit, as well as his popular sitcoms, The Bob Newhart Show and Newhart. Now 89 years old, he’s nowhere near retirement, too, as he still plays the recurring role of Professor Proton in both The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon. For years, Bob famously lived in a fabulous home on Bel Air, which was designed by the famous architect, Wallace Neff. The 9,169-square-foot French Country-style home was sold in 2016 for a massive $14.5 million. We can only hope that the buyers got good mortgage rates.
