Tom Bosley starred as the title character in the Father Dowling Mysteries TV series, but he would always be remembered by television fans as Howard ‘Mr. C’ Cunningham, the push over father of Richie Cunningham in Happy Days. Before he passed away from lung cancer in 2010, Bosley lived in this English Country home in Royston Place, Beverly Hills. The house itself was 3,772 square-feet in size with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One of the best features of the home were its high ceilings and hardwood floors, a magnificent pool, and an outdoor veranda.
