Jim Morrison is yet another rock legend who died at the very young age of 27, making him a member of a infamous “27 Club.” To this day, The Doors front man has been lauded as one of the greatest rock singers of all time. He also remains a pop culture icon decades after his death with his grave in Paris’ Père Lachaise Cemetery attracting thousands of visitors each year. He died in his apartment in the city in 1971. Like most of his peers, Jim battled substance abuse for years, which could have led to the heart failure that killed him in his bathtub. His last known photo is one taken alongside girlfriend Pamela Courson outside a Paris bistro.
