The American Film Institute recognized Hepburn as the third-best female star from the Golden Age of Hollywood. Apart from her being a Hollywood star, Hepburn is also known for her humanitarian works as a Goodwill Ambassador of UNICEF. Her last screen appearance was a cameo in the Steven Spielberg film Always.
