The Beeping and Screeching of Dial-Up
Many of today’s generation do not know what a dial-up internet connection is. Mobile phones, tablet, and computers — you have to just turn on the wifi button with a simple click or press, and you are connected to the worldwide web. Back in the 90, before you can be connected to the internet, the dial-up connection needs to boot up firt with a screeching and beeping sound. After a minute or so of waiting, the web can be surfed through the old school Netscape.
