Lynda Carter may have a big bank account and a great career in Hollywood, but none of this gave her true joy. Loni Anderson starred with Carter in the TV show Partners in Crime just shortly after the actress married Altman. Anderson saw how Carter struggled being away from her new husband. When the show ended after just 13 episodes, Carter decided to finally leave LA to move to Washington DC and join her husband there.
