Wonder Woman in the Flesh: The Untold Story of Lynda Carter

Happy Home

When Carter left Los Angeles to focus on raising her family, she and Altman built a 20,000 square foot mansion in Potomac, Maryland.  This is still where the family lives today, and Carter describes it as a home that has been filled with so much laughter and love. Carter and Altman’s love nest sits on 7 acres of land with the house described as being made in antebellum style.  Just like Carter like it, her home is a mix of styles and not just one. You can see English, Danish, Chinese, and French designs all over the property. Friends and family say the Altman – Carters love to host parties, especially Christmas parties, where they give away presents to all their guests, even though Altman is Jewish.
