First Love
It has been a known fact that Carter’s first love is not acting but music. After many years of not focusing on her musical career, the actress finally got more active with her passion and released her second album, At Last, in June of 2009. It was highly successful, reaching #10 on Billboard’s Jazz Albums Chart. Another album followed after that called Crazy Little Things, and finally just recently, Carter released her fourth album entitled Red, Rock n’ Blues. This time she’s not alone, her All-Star Band was featured in the album, plus her daughter Jessica Carter Altman providing vocals on two tracks.
