Holly Lewis – UNKNOWN CAUSES
The American actress was born in Nebraska in December 1965. Holly passed away at just 46 in June 2012, surrounded by her loved ones. She has acted and lent her voice to a variety of projects, including the highly popular car-based computer game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. She was lucky to appear in the popoular sitcom Seinfeld in her second TV appearance as a guest in the episode The Dinner Party.
